LOCATIONS IN AKSARAY
Located 45 kilometers from the center of Aksaray and 15 kilometers from the Ihlara Valley, Güzelyurt is home to Greek houses dating back 100 to 200 years. These structures, half-carved into the rocky terrain and featuring ornate façades, represent the most exquisite examples of Cappadocian architecture. A significant location in the history of Christianity, Güzelyurt beckons film producers with its cave towns, traditional Byzantine buildings, churches, monastery, Ihlara Valley, and fairy chimneys.
The second largest canyon in the world, Ihlara is a blend of nature, history, arts and culture, with churches and chapels situated within a verdant landscape.
